I cannot recommend this boat in good conscience . Very over priced and unorganized. The mates where young kids who were overwhelmed with all that has to be done on a packed party boat. This is the only boat I have ever been on that charges you 6 dollars for the first lure on their rental rods. Any other boat will give you the first one with the rod and if you lose it you pay for the second one. We where using Ava lures which are very common and are not very expensive. I think that is a total rip off. The galley was open on this trip and you always expect to be over charged for food. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich which coasts 6 dollars. I don't mind the 6 dollars but they served it on a tiny hamburger bun. At least serve it on a roll, no it was a very small hamburger bun. That is also a total rip off. I did win the pool which was 300 dollars but I'm not sure they even told the truth about the amount in the pool. Not a good experience aboard this boat and I would not go out on it again.
We had a great club fishing trip aboard the Mary M IV. Capt. Sam is one of the best in Jersey. Everyone caught a ton of fish, ling, Sea bass, and mahi.
